1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synexlabs ("the Platform"), operated by Synexlab Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
Synexlabs provides Synexlabs POS, a cloud-based point-of-sale and GST billing product for restaurants and retail, together with its offline desktop application. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Free trials last 15 days from signup.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the software, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data remains yours. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, code, and content are owned by Synexlab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synexlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
