Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period, so no refund applies.

Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable

• Payments older than 7 days
• Accounts terminated for terms of service violations
• Partial-month usage after cancellation (access continues until the end of the billing period)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
