Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and performance metrics to improve the Platform.

Payment data: Processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card numbers or bank details.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We perform daily backups. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• Payment processors (Cashfree) to process transactions
• Email services (Resend) to deliver transactional emails
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, a third-party analytics service, to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and may reconstruct these as an aggregated session replay. This data is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity masks text input by default, and we do not use it to collect passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic — such as how many people visit, which pages they view, and which site or channel referred them. This data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We have disabled Google signals and ad-personalisation data sharing.

You can opt out of this tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” or a cookie-blocking extension in your browser, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law.
